Merge tags: {{first_name}} {{lead_name}} {{company}} {{owner}} {{service_interested}} {{lead_source}}. "New lead" sends the moment a lead is captured. "Follow-up due" sends automatically once a lead's next follow-up date arrives. "Manual" only sends when you trigger it from a lead's detail view.
Upload any CSV export of your leads. After choosing a file, match each of its columns to a field below — this way it doesn't matter what your spreadsheet's headers are called. Matching on import is done by email, then phone, so re-uploading the same file later updates existing leads instead of duplicating them.
Leads moved to the Bin are hidden from reports and the main Leads list, but kept until you delete them permanently.

Pipeline stages
Built-in stages can't be renamed or removed since reports depend on them. Add extra stages for steps specific to how you work.
Access is controlled through WordPress user roles. Administrators can view, add/edit, and delete leads. Editors can view and add/edit leads but cannot delete them. To grant a teammate CRM access, create their WordPress account (or edit an existing one) under Users in wp-admin and set their role to Editor (or Administrator for full access, including delete).

Connect your website
Add this shortcode to any page or post on your WordPress site to embed a lead-capture form that sends straight into this CRM:
REST API
Base URL:
API key (for external tools, Zapier, or a landing page on a different domain):
Example: submit a lead
Sending address for automated emails
Call-back reminders
Where reminder emails go, and how many hours ahead of the call-back time to send them.
Business enquiry mailbox (business@theadroit.in)
WordPress can't read your email inbox directly, but you can auto-forward enquiries into the CRM with a free Google Apps Script, or a no-code tool like Zapier/Make watching that mailbox and posting to the URL above with the X-ALM-Key header. Ask me and I'll hand you a ready-to-paste Apps Script for this.
